Yoga Benefit

On September 30, 2018 at 1pm Darren Main, Jill Abelson, and the Yoga Tree community will go to the mat to teach an all levels vinyasa benefit class to celebrate and support the 10 year anniversary of the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Neuro-Intensive Care Nursery (NICN).

Every day, infants are born with critical and life threatening conditions. The NICN is an innovative bedside and research program that has transformed brain-focused care and aims to improve neurodevelopmental outcomes for the most vulnerable babies.

This program desperately needs the support of the yoga community. Practice Yoga, enhance a life!

All proceeds will be used to help support specialized nursing education. We aim to raise $3,000 to support nursing attendance to a specialized neonatal brain conference. If you can afford to, we encourage you to donate any amount above $25. Your generosity will greatly help make this training accessible.
